Job Description:

Mosaic NetworX, a leading IT Infrastructure services company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR role is an entry-level sales/telesales position and is responsible for working closely with the Vice President of Sales to prospect target accounts and develop new sales opportunities. As an integral part of the Sales organization, the SDR will deliver qualified leads to the field sales team for closure.

Duties Include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective Mosaic NetworX clients
  • Giving high-level solution overview presentations online
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects on Mosaic Networx field sales team
  • Researching leads from the Mosaic NetworX website, following up with them and assigning them to the field
  • sales team.
  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring
  • Supporting marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail, and other marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with prospects via web chat on the Mosaic NetworX website


  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (30+) phone calls daily
  • Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations of the Mosaic NetworX solutions
  • “Hunter” mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and Mosaic NetworX team
  • members
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone

Individuals in the SDR role may advance to the Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR) role based on their performance. The SSDR role offers more ambitious goals along with a richer compensation plan. Advancement opportunities continue for the SSDR who may advance to Sales Development Manager (SDM), responsible for growing the size and sales performance of the SDR team


  • The SDR role will be compensated on a mix of base salary and sales commission
