Job Description

Mosaic NetworX is a rapidly-growing Communications Technology Company seeking a technical Sales Support Engineer. This customer-facing position will be responsible for delivering a World-Class customer experience through a variety of pre- and post-sales activities including, but not limited to:

Sales Support/Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Provide full life-cycle support of customer installations insuring customers have complete, updated order status information on a proactive and consistent basis
  • Drive internal and external organizations to exceed customer expectations for on-time service delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales team to educate Customer on specialized data network solutions

Service Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Order submission to Suppliers
  • Proactively manage Suppliers through provisioning milestones, i.e., order confirmation, LOA/CFA delivery, FOC notification, DLR, and service activation
  • Coordinate with Customer and Supplier internet activations, including IP justifications, BGP,  DNS
  • Drive customer expedites and supplier escalations with consistent, proactive inquiries

Desired Skills & Experience

  • World-Class Customer Service skills
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP and MPLS
  • Working knowledge of Ethernet packets, framing, and delivery
  • Solid understanding of telecom/network provisioning processes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours
  • Understanding of data circuit design
  • Understanding of IP design, i.e. subnetting, BGP, etc.
  • Outstanding project mgmt skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
